Terry is a registered builder working in the building industry for 36 years. He has a wealth of experience in the construction industry in Australia and overseas, focusing on strategic direction, business development and contract management.
Kerry Munro
DIRECTOR / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (QUALITY ASSURANCE AND WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER)
Kerry has more than 20 years in the building industry and 10 years specifically managing the onsite installation of façade/cladding systems. Kerry oversees the entire manufacture and installation process, including management of our on-site labour and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Chris Collard
OPERATIONS MANAGER,
Chris has an impressive length of service to the external façade industry with 20 years’ experience, including running his own Perth based business. Chris works closely with our Operations Manager, managing, planning, and delivering all components of the cladding systems to site, ready for installation. Chris also oversees the production of the detailed fabrication of the proposed cladding system ensuring all components are ready for assembly.
Eugene Molenaar
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Eugene is a valuable member of our team, with 25 years of experience installing external façades. Eugene is responsible for the fabrication of deliverables to site and works closely with Chris, our Design & Fabrication Manager. Together they ensure the Quality standards are constantly monitored. Eugene leads our factory fabrication team to ensure the proposed cladding is manufactured to engineering requirements, whilst adopting a “just in time” process ensuring lean manufacturing processes.
Ray De La Cruz
SALES ESTIMATOR
Ray is an experienced Estimator with 7 years of experience in the architectural field of the external cladding industry. Ray’s experience in estimation, cost development, scope and contract management extends beyond aluminium cladding to include sunshades, louvres and perforated screens. Ray’s experience with these specialised facades works has increased our opportunities to offer add-on services that complement our cladding capabilities.
Anita Bocquee
FINANCE AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER,
Anita has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. A senior financial and business systems manager, with a solid record of accomplishments in business analysis, economic management, system design and deployment, project, and business system management. Anita is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
